Funkosaurus Tex

Long before humans ever sampled vinyl, before neon signs buzzed over late-night city streets, there was a young Tyrannosaurus drifting through the outer rims of a collapsing galaxy with nothing but a broken synthesizer, a cargo ship full of analog equipment, and a head full of rhythm.
Born on the prehistoric planet Rexalon-7, Funkosaurus Tex was different from the other predators of his era. While the rest of his species hunted, Tex collected sounds from the galaxy. He believed every sound carried emotion, and every emotion could become music.
After the extinction of his home world during a catastrophic meteor event, Tex disappeared into deep space aboard a retrofitted freighter. For centuries he traveled across galaxies, absorbing cultures and underground music scenes from planets most beings will never know exist. Somewhere drifting near Saturn 9's rings, he discovered the warm, emotional textures that would define his legendary sound.
Now Funkosaurus Tex creates smooth instrumental transmissions from hidden studios scattered throughout the cosmos. His transmissions are known for:
-
heavy analog basslines
-
dreamy synth layers
-
dusty cassette textures
-
emotional piano loops
-
slow cosmic grooves
Stay tuned for more Funkosaurus Tex adventures.....
